How long do orders take to dispatch?

Please allow production times before shipping:

Can I track my order?

Yes, I provide tracking numbers for the shipping, but not all the orders are tracked.

Once we ship your order, you will receive an email providing you with shipment details including the date of shipment and any tracking details. If you wish to inquire about whether your order has been shipped, please log into your account and go to ‘View Orders’. All tracking information will be stored there.

How to upgrade shipping method?

Because every product is shipped from different labs around the world, by default I can only provide two shipping methods to make it easier for you.

Nonetheless you can upgrade your shipping method if you like to. To do so, you will have to contact me via email: hello@kasarts.uk or contact page as soon as you made the purchase or even before.

Different charges may apply depending on the destination and quantity of products. I can't disclose the charges as it differs for each customer.

Where is my order?

Please allow the production time for each product before is shipped.

If your shipping times passed, please allow few more days for your order to be delivered.

If you still don't have your items after 14 days or in most cases, it is found that the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the recipient's address. You should reach out to the courier or closest post office and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person.

I will cover a variety of courier errors such as lost or damaged in transit, postage due errors or generally misrouted packages when tracking provides no clear details or cause.

Where are your products sent from?

Products are shipped mainly from Europe and the US, depending on the destination.

How are your products packaged for shipping?

Because of the variety of products I sell, each item is packaged based on dimension requirements to ensure protection during shipment.

Unframed prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and then shipped in extra thick cardboard tubes. A delivery note is included with each package but this does not contain any cost prices so you don't need to worry if you are buying a print as a gift.

Apparel are carefully folded and placed in a shipping bag, ready to send. These will include a packing slip with the items ordered and prices.

Framed prints are wrapped in a protective sleeve with individual plastic or cardboard guards added to each corner. Additional cardboard is secured over the print surface to minimise the risk of breakages or transit damage. Each print is then shipped in a heavy duty cardboard box.

Do you send the items personally?

Not at the moment. I've chosen carefully two of the best companies out there, one for apparel and another for prints. The products are manufactured by the world’s best labs and sent straight to your door.

My shipping details are wrong. What now?

These details should be checked twice before you place the order, but no worries.

If you just placed the order contact me as soon as possible to change the details before the order is shipped.

In case the order is already shipped, this will return back to the place of origin. In this case, you will have to confirm with me the correct details and the order will be shipped again once you paid for the shipping charges.

How to take care of prints on Apparel?

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colours.

Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low or hang-dry for longest life.

Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.

Do not dry clean.

Your prints are all Giclées. What is a Giclée print?

The word Giclée is French for "sprayed ink". Today, the term is used to describe a sophisticated inkjet printmaking process which creates the highest quality fine art reproductions.

Giclée printing offers extra-fine image resolution, helping retain a higher degree of detail from the original fine art or photographic images.

How long do your Giclée prints last?

A lot of research and development has gone into the various aspects and materials that make up a Giclée print.

The archival nature of the print varies according to the type of inks used, as well as the archival properties of your chosen paper selected and the conditions in which the print is displayed or stored. Current scientific opinion is that our papers and Giclée printing process will produce a print that lasts between 100 and 200 years in good conditions.

Framing process:

Each framed print is individually handmade by specialist picture framers. They cut frames using a traditional Morsø guillotine (a machine and process dating back over a hundred years) or with an automatic saw for volume production. Mounts are precision cut on a Swiss-engineered computerised matt (mount) cutting machine (CMC) with glass and perspex handled safely by hand.

All framed prints are delivered ready for hanging directly on your walls.

Where are your frames and budget paper made?

They are made at multiple labs around the world with the same quality and specifications so you can get them as fast as possible.

Do you sell original artworks?

I am not currently selling any original artwork or nor ever did.

I will probably start selling some originals in the future and maybe give some away for free. Keep updated!

Is online ordering with KasArts secure?

When purchasing from KasArts your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard.

Which payment methods do you accept?

I accept PayPal and Credit/Debit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery and Apple Pay, powered by Stripe.


Returns / Refunds

Do you accept returns on sale items?

Returns are only available on sale items if the issue it's due to our error: misprinted, damaged or defective.

How can I return a product?

Due to the production method of each item on my store, there are limited options to return an item.

I can only accept returns in case you have an issue with the items because of our error; like misprinted, damaged or defective items.

I can't guarantee a refund if you do not ask it within 30 days since you placed your order.

Please do not return any item before contacting me.

How can I get a refund?

I'm here to make you happy with my products. If you purchased an item from me, that means you like it. Unfortunately, I can't assure the item will arrive in perfect conditions.

You can claim a refund if the product arrived at your destination misprinted/damaged/defective, please contact me within 30 days since your purchase, via email at info@kasarts.uk or completing the return form below.
